1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (the « Terms ») govern the use of the mobile application AnimalCare published by Nyvoralabs. By installing, accessing or using the application, you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms.

AnimalCare is a pet health tracking application designed to help you:

  • •Centralize your pets' health information
  • •Schedule reminders for vaccines and treatments
  • •Log veterinary visits and weight tracking
  • •Store prescriptions and medical documents
  • •Share tracking with family members

4. User account

Using AnimalCare requires creating an account. You undertake to:

  • •Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • •Keep your credentials confidential
  • •Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • •Use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes

5. Acceptable use

You undertake not to:

  • •Circumvent the application's security measures
  • •Massively extract data or decompile the application
  • •Post illegal, offensive or harmful content
  • •Disrupt the operation or integrity of the service

6. User content

The data and documents you enter (pet profiles, prescriptions, notes, photos, etc.) remain your property. You grant Nyvoralabs a license strictly necessary for providing the service (storage, backup, display on your devices and those of family members with whom you share tracking).

7. No medical advice

AnimalCare is a tracking tool; it does not replace the advice, diagnosis or prescription of a qualified veterinarian. If you have any doubts about your pet's health, consult a professional.

8. Intellectual property

The application, its interface, code, trademarks and editorial content are the exclusive property of Nyvoralabs and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Distribution via the App Store

AnimalCare is distributed through Apple's App Store. As such, Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use. You can review it here: Apple standard EULA. In case of contradiction, Apple's provisions specific to distribution prevail over these Terms for the distribution aspect.

10. Service availability

We do our best to ensure the availability of the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or upgrades may occasionally limit access.

11. Liability

Nyvoralabs shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the application, nor for the consequences of incorrect information entered by the user or decisions taken on that basis without professional advice.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the application or by following the procedure described on the account deletion page. We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of serious breach of these Terms.

13. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our AnimalCare Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

These Terms may evolve. In case of substantial modification, you will be informed via the application or by email. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
