Nyvoralabs, publisher of the AnimalCare application, is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy describes the data collected, its use and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We never sell your data. To deliver AnimalCare we rely on technical sub-processors:

  • •RevenueCat — in-app subscription management
  • •Hostinger — transactional email delivery

7. Retention period

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, it is erased within 30 days, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.

10. Minors

AnimalCare is not intended for children under 16. If we learn that an account has been created for a minor, we will delete it.

Your data is hosted within the European Union. Any transfer outside the EU (for example for Apple push notifications) is covered by appropriate safeguards.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. In case of substantial modification, you will be informed via the application or by email.

13. Complaint

You can lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL) or with your local supervisory authority.
